     If you have any questions regarding TOYSL call your  LOCAL TOYSL Rep  or your LOCAL District office [not the NOYSA office]  
SECTION 9    GAME REPORTS and ID CARDS 
a. The Game Report used for all league games will be the one issued by TOYSL.
b. It is the responsibility of the home team to provide the official Game Report. 
c.  Each team manager/coach must accurately and legibly completely fill out the official Game Report prior to the start of the game.
d. The names of all players, ID numbers and jersey numbers must be recorded on the game report.  
e. The names of all players who are not present or are not eligible to play must be listed and then scratched from the match report.
f. After the game, the coach or manager shall sign the game report verifying the scores and the accuracy of the game report. 
g.  The winning team is responsible to fax or scan/email the game report to 250 545-4869 / w.aasen@telus.net within 24 hours of the match
      In the event of a tie the home team must scan/email the game report.
h. The referee is required to put a check mark on the game report for player card and uniform number.
i.   Players lined out on the roster must be initialed by the referee, (this includes any player and his uniform number that is on suspension for this)
j. All players ID cards are to be presented to the referee prior to the game.         
SECTION 11    GAME CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
a. Teams must assume all games shall be played as scheduled unless they are advised by their District League Representative 
     that the fields are unplayable or the venue has changed.
b. Games will only be rescheduled for inclement weather/field conditions; or where school curricular activities or injuries leaves a team 
     with less than 7 players; or Section 10c.
c. Teams will be allowed to reschedule games to attend the May Kootenay/Nelson or the June Washington State Coeur d’Alene tournaments only. 
Both coaches must agree to reschedule the game midweek and rescheduling is subject to district administrator approval of referee and field availability.  
A proof of tournament registration must be provided to the TOYSL administration office.
d. The Home District Scheduler shall reschedule games cancelled due to inclement weather and field closure as soon as possible. 
e. Coaches requesting rescheduling of games due to school activity or injury must do so to their Home District Scheduler 72 hours prior to 
     originally scheduled game time and the rescheduling information must be sent to both districts for approval. 
     The district asking for the reschedule must inform the TOYSL Administrator.
f. The original home team is responsible for payment of the referee and assistant referees.
g. District League representatives for both teams must notify the League Administrator and Referee Assignor of the field change.
